The Philadelphia Eagles hired Nick Sirianni to help the franchise in the post-Carson Wentz era, a time the franchise will be developing a young quarterback to lead the organization for years to come. Whether that quarterback will be Jalen Hurts or a first-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft is unknown, but Sirianni is confident any signal caller will succeed in the offensive system the coaching staff is creating.
The Eagles have a young offensive coaching staff in place, starting with offensive coordinator Shane Steichen -- who already received rave reviews from NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Justin Herbert. Sirianni saw the progress Herbert made in 2020, convincing him Steichen can do the same in Philadelphia.
